Can you recycle a used papper

Method:

• Soaked some newspaper in water for a day or two.
• Remove the excess water.
• Use mortar and pestle to crush the soaked paper and make a uniform paste.
• Fill a bowl half with water.
• Put the paper paste in the bowl and stir it.
• Remove any resulting clumps.
• Take a wooden frame with a sieve  fixed with it.
• Dip the frame in the water suspension in the bowl.
• Slowly remove the frame from the suspension.
• Wait for the water to drain.
• Place a Formica sheet on  top of the frame.
• Press the Formica a little to drain the water.
• Carefully remove the sheet of Formica so that a sheet from suspension remains attached to it.
• Let the sheet dry to from a paper.
